How much does an igloo cost?

The is not a “rental fee”, just a $100 non-refundable deposit which will guarantee you and your guests EXCLUSIVE use of the igloo for a two-hour time slot. The deposit is then deducted from your final bill.

What if we don’t hit the $100 minimum of our deposit?

You can always buy wine to go or go to our indoor tasting room and keep your tab open.

How many does the igloo hold?

The igloos comfortably hold from 2-8 guests, with an absolute maximum of 10.

How long do we get the igloo for?

It is yours for the full two hours. Here are the scheduled time slots: Sun- Thurs: 12:00-2:00; 2:30-4:30; & 5:00-7:00;
FRI. & SAT: 12:00-2:00; 2:30-4:30; 5:00-7:00 & 7:30-9:30

Are the igloos heated?

Yes, there is some heat, but the temperature can be in the 50 degree range on very cold days. It can hit the 70’s if the sun comes out, so dress appropriately in layers. Really, we haven’t had ANY complaints on the igloo temperature.

Do you sanitize between guests?

Absolutely! Not only are the tables hand sanitized, a powered fogger is used on all surfaces to ensure complete coverage of the interior.

How do we book an igloo?

All reservations are through our reservation service “table agent”. We cannot take phone reservations. Just click on the link and it will take you right there.

We made and igloo reservation for 4 but need to make it 6. How do we adjust our reservation?

No reason to change the number UNLESS it is for a “Igloo Special Event”, like Valentines. If you do need to change the number for a special event just call the winery.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you give us 72 hours advance notice we will be happy to convert the $100 over to an Old Firehouse Winery gift card, which can be used for any purchases at the winery

Every time I plug in a time and day it says nothing available. Am I doing it correctly?

If there are NO spots available on a particular day it will read "Unfortunately, there are no available tables for (2) people on this day". It is sold out for that day. If there ARE tables the times will appear below IN GREEN.
