Group Sales

When we have availability for space, we can host a group. We consider a group anything with 20 or more guests, and we have served upwards of 400 guests.

We generally cannot do any groups during the summer on Saturdays and Sundays as our regular customers are our first priority. We can do some weekdays, but keep in mind that many summer dates book up fast.

No, we no longer do weddings at the winery. There are several area wineries that specialize in weddings.

Nothing! Really! Well, you do have to pay for the food and beverages, but we don't have any rental, clean-up, or "reservation" charges. But more on the food and beverage options later.

Most of our groups visit us from May 1 to October 15, although we can serve smaller groups (up to 100) from October 15 to May 1.

We have the "Big White Tent" with a great view of Lake Erie, and it's right beside the "Sunset Bar" for all your drink needs.

The "Big White Tent has green plastic tables and chairs, lending their comfort and charm to our "alfresco" theme.

We have entertainment scheduled Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in May and September, and seven nights (yes, every night!) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We also have music throughout the off-season on various nights; the Live Music Schedule is posted on our website.

Really well, actually. Seriously, that's how most of the Friday night "Informal" pre-reunions are handled. You just need to book WELL in advance with us, and we'll reserve an area for you to be together.

We're afraid not. Our insurance doesn't allow outside food to be brought in, and Ohio alcohol-bev laws prohibit bringing in outside alcohol.

Email us with your specific request and we will respond within 24 hours. Just email info@OldFirehouseWinery.com - this works much better than a phone call, as sometimes the Group Sales Department has no one available. After you're confirmed, you will get an email with all the pertinent information so you never have confusion.

Firehouse considers any gathering of 20 or more a "group", and our one group area holds up to 80 guests under the big white tent.

Sorry, no, the only option is our PARTY AREA. We DO take reservations for our PARTY AREA. 

The party area does not have table service, the area is self serve. It is adjacent to the full service "Sunset Bar" , and on weekends our "Express Food and Beverage Bar" is open, which has lighter fair. It also has beer and wine.

Due to our large increase in loyal regular customers during the summer, we no longer are able to provide any group meals, either buffet style or as a served meal.

We don't take reservations, but you have a couple choices. Your best bet is head over to group area and grab a drink from either the Express Area or the Full service "Sunset Bar" Or, you can put your name in on arrival through our host if you want table service.   

They simply put their name in with our hostess should they want full table service. Their table request is put into our "Table Agent" seating system and they will be seated as tables become available.

Yes, we still do the Friday night "Informal" for reunions. The PARTY AREA is a great location, right beside the Sunset Bar and the walk-up "Express Food and Beverage Bar'. We cannot host a full service Saturday night formal, however.

Just fill out the form below. If the date is available and terms of the visit agreeable, we would need a $100 deposit to hold the date and area. The $100 is returned to the person on the form at the conclusion of the event.
